Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

2. Delivery times

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: 8–16 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs handling.

3. Shipping costs

• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in USD before payment.
• Free worldwide shipping on orders over $55.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships we email a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

6. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@gpmplumb.shop within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

7. Incorrect address & failed delivery

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it went uncollected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a further shipping charge may apply.
