1. Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
2. Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 8–16 business days after dispatch.
Estimates are guidance, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and customs.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Standard shipping is free on orders over $55. All charges are shown in US Dollars (USD) before you pay.
4. Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, your dispatch email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at support@gpmplumb.shop and we will chase the carrier.
5. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs can occasionally delay a parcel; this is outside our control.
6. Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@gpmplumb.shop within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend or refund your order.
7. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a further postage charge may apply.
