Refund & Return Policy

1. Return window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email support@gpmplumb.shop with your order reference before sending anything back.

2. Condition

Returned items must be:

• Unused and unwashed, with no marks, odours or damage;
• In their original packaging with any tags attached;
• Complete, including all pieces in a set.

3. Items we cannot accept

• Hygiene-sensitive or food-contact items once opened or used, where return would be unhygienic;
• Paper goods (runner rolls, place cards, menu cards) once opened;
• Items returned without prior contact or after the 14-day window.

This does not affect your right to a remedy if an item arrives faulty or not as described.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage we ask you to pay upfront.

5. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

6. Refund timing

Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few additional days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item was faulty or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will cancel it for a full refund.

8. How to start
