What currency are prices in?+
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Import duties, where they apply, are not included.
How can I pay?+
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored on our site.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed by established providers over an encrypted connection. We never see your full card number.
Products
Are your products patterned or branded?+
No. Everything is plain and self-branded in neutral tones, with no printed artwork, licensed designs or third-party logos.
What are items made from?+
Mostly washable cotton and felt, plus beech wood and recyclable paper for some items. Each product page lists the exact material, size and care.
Can I wash them?+
Most cotton items are machine washable. Always follow the care notes on the product page.
